Just about to sort out ours.

There's a choice of bacon, sausages, eggs, cheese, beans, tomatos (both fresh and tinned), mushrooms, hash browns and toast or wraps...

Oh and of course lots of strong coffee for those who need it (or maybe hair of the dog?)

haha it was a choice and I obviously wouldnt fry it.

In the end it was more an 'oven up'. The only things fried were the eggs and mushrooms.

Cooked brekky can be the key to weight loss through a good filling start to the day ......it's HOW it's cooked and how much of it that's not good.

Bacon n egg n fried tom ....... lush and NOT fattening.

Fried food doesn't help a hangover, get a grain based serial or something like muesli or better still drink less so you don't suffer.

A good fry-up might not be good for you in a dietary sense but it sure helps ME get over a hangover - and it's much more fun than a bowl of cardboar... I mean museli
