think it depends on what you mean by caught if the police just come across you then no they may give you a caution or similar but doubt they would prosecute .if a member of the public spot you and call the police than you can be arrested for offending public decency

Depends I think there's a couple of laws you can breach the Sexual Offences Act, outraging public decency, and the Public Order Act,just depends on who catches you where!
