I would love to!! It might give me motivation to actually start a new path for me and I have to say, seeing your results written down has given me something to think about, while I do like being curvy (or whatever you chaps call me) I do think I'm reaching a point in my life that I need to make a change "
I'm never going to be thin, that's why I set my target at 10 stone. It's the health issues I wanted to conquer, even now I will say it doesn't matter how big you are if your healthy and happy but if someone's not healthy please do something about it although I know sadly a few can't

It's taken me exactly 2 years.

My whole life has changed

I feel about 30 years younger

No longer diabetic, high cholesterol or blood pressure, physically as fit as an average 50 year old woman.

Probably added 10 years to my life.

I know exactly how you feel right now and its actually very hard to put both the effects on your physical and mental wellbeing into words sometimes as its changed every aspect of my life.

I myself went from 29st 12lb down to a weight of around 12st 10lb but making sure I never go over 13st again. That reduced my waist from a totally ridiculous 50-52 down to a 32-34.

I didn't have your health issues and consider myself extremely lucky to have got this far without any after a lifetime of being overweight since childhood.

I'm now soon to be 43 and into all sorts of stuff I couldn't even imagine doing years ago such as road cycling, running and loads of gym work.

I think your going to have a lot of fun with the new you in the coming years and congratulate you for your amazing achievement.

I'm sure it will stand as the best choice you made to begin down that road.
