Rather than have the sticky vapour rub you can also use Olbas Oil. If you don`t want to spread it on you, try sprinkling some on a hanky or tissue. You can also use it to relieve muscle pain by sprinkling it onto the affected area and rubbing it in. BEWARE! If you use your bare skin to rub in Olbas Oil, clean your hands thoroughly before handling sensitive skin.
