Yes, I feel a bit guilty sometimes if it sounds like a genuine compliment, so I often reply and say 'Thank you, but I am sorry I am looking for something different....'

I reply sometimes but then you've opened up the lines of communication and 99% of the time it leads to them wanting to chat more and then asking for a meet

I guys could just accept a thanks for the compliment and leave it at that then I might say thank you more often because if I'm interested beyond that I'll make sure they know about it
