I can't sleep.....

I've tried everything and just can't get off. Stuck on false nails, painted and added demante's ready for tomorrow, watched endless mindless TV, read every forum on here, had numerous plays with the vibrator..... now what? all suggestions gratefully received.

I imagine him so. He gently sprinkles you with the sands of sleep and in the morning if you feel the inside corner of your eye you will sometimes find some.
