So we're on sliming world and having milk is a syn.

I've now switched to black coffee but it's staining my teeth.

Any suggestions? Xx

Milk doesn't have to be a syn it can be an healthy A choice and even if you choose to syn it, it's only 0.5 syns a dash, if you wanted you could have 30 cups a days for you 15 syns

Yes, apparently your teeth are alive and need time to recover and heal from brushing, this is a rich dentist so he must be good. Can't remember the name, just binned it after a week xx

It shouldn't do as I have to use warmish water as I have sensitive teeth at times as well.

Try a smokers toothpaste. An old job of mine, something in the air caused staining of the teeth. Used Clinomin ( thinks that's how it's spelt) Worked really well, and never had any problems after that.
