teeth whitening whats your opinion

Hi has anybody had this done at home or at the dentist ? what was your experience ? would you recommend it ?

I wouldn't do it due to the risk of damage. My colleagues have had it done (there's a cosmetic surgery in our building) and had great results, but most had pain afterwards. I just brush my teeth with toothpaste and polish.
