Carpet burns...

Erm... how long do they take to heal? I did it six days ago - well, early hours of last Wednesday morning - and it's not sore now at all, just dry and when I scratch it, flakes of it rubs off.

No... I can't see it to check it. It's on my back.

Had this last year. After a long, long session with Anne I had the most awful carpet burns on my knees, went very deep

Took several weeks to heal, much to her amusement

the middle of the world

Last one I had took about three months to disappear completely, it was done on very cheap cord carpet... Don't know whether the better quality the carpet the shorter healing time...

Yeah, I've not scratched it, been rubbing some plain Dove body cream into it each day and it seems like it's helped

I still have a burn on my arm - not from the carpet sadly - that's been there a good six weeks.
