Mostly fake stuff. Use the Tor browser sometimes for a look around. Would never trust a blind link though.

if you read Jack Reacher novels the new one has an interesting story about the Dark Web and its uses.

If anyone feels the need to use the dark web then, to me, it's reasonably clear that they are likely to have something to hide. I'm quite sure the authorities are monitoring activity and are able to track down more than you think - didn't the police arrest a lot of nonces using it for underage material recently who obviously thought they were safe there?

Yes and no - they couldn't track dark web activity but matched transactions through credit cards (even where using bitcoin)and followed up with forensic examination of hard drives.

Red rooms tend to be urban legend.

ISIS vids are not on the dark Web and are probably as bad as it gets.

Child porn is more of a dark Web activity. But remember people need money to fund this crap. So most stuff is going to be traceable via the financial transactions.

In the end drugs make money, real live torture not so much.

Child porn is an issue but I would not want to see it, if I ever lost my moral compass I would hope to become a psycho that kills child porn freaks.

A kinda nightmare for the nightmares.
