F1 vs Cricket vs Football

I was tuned in to 5 live yesterday morning and the sports news gave the regularly losing England Cricket about 3 minutes and a 3 times world champion in Lewis Hamilton, less than 10 seconds!

This also happens with football, if a manager or player sneezes it takes up the back 4 pages of every paper.

We have lots of winners and champions an they get very little air time in favour of Cricket and Football.

Why aren't we celebrating our champions more?
