But then I do mainly cardio and the weights only takes about 10mins x" Yes, I'd much rather swim for cardio - I do non-stop front crawl and use the time to think, and I enjoy the non-stop movement. I had no class today, so I popped in the gym before swimming, and after only 2 mins on the cross trainer I was bored with it, lol! I managed to do 5 to warm me up before doing some work on machines - adductors, abductors, glutes, triceps etc. but I got really sick of the sitting around between reps so did about 20 mins and fled to the pool for a 45 min swim! I'd already done 3 hrs with the horses so I reckon that was a fair penance for a carb heavy weekend! | |||
