Better if left overnight. 2 tbsp dark soy sauce 1 tbsp mirin 1 tsp chilli flakes You can also add a little honey to make a sticky glaze and/or some lime juice for a little more tangy" I searched high and low to find a cast iron grillpan with really sharp raised lines to really sear chargrill chicken.......any kind of marinade tends to burn on that so I just grill the raw meat, then turn it after in a little sweet chilli sauce with teriyaki or soy and have with mixed leaves, hmmm! | |||
