You're not asking much....

Would something that keeps you physically mentally and spiritual fit be of interest?

Something that challenges you, but works to your natural strengths?

The chatting to other people might be difficult. Do you enjoy writing would starting a novel or short story writing appeal? Knitting, crochet, sewing? Learning about something a certain period in history or a language for example? I think there's a charity whose volunteers phone an elderly person weekly would something like that appeal? Do you like gardening? Can you draw or paint?

Something with plants? Gets social when you swap stuff, help others or join clubs.

Can be very low cost, if you propagate, such as from cuttings. Fewer plants to do this with now for fast results, but can get some started. Seeds can be free from others or quite cheap and will raise tons of plants.

Options whether you have a garden or not too.

I fancy doing more guerrilla gardening - helping transform disused bits of land. Can also be a group activity.

I'm always happy to give tips and ideas Scarlett - so feel free to ask. I'm a bit of an expert.
