After watching an advert for dog chews where the dog owner gives his pet a carefully chosen chew made from venison...i can't help but think what's the point? Dogs will eat ANYTHING! Anything...! My dog never had anything in his mouth long enough to taste it anyway!

It's more to do with the quality of the ingredients. Advertisers use the word 'taste' as a sign of perceived quality.

My dogs won't eat everything. They spit out the yellow nerds. They like all the others, but always spit out the yellow ones

Our hound doesn't like tea but likes coffee

Food wise he has Royal canin, scrambled eggs and bones from the butchers.

My dog is part goat, will eat literally anything that's put in front of him. His favourite is off cuts of tomato and cornflakes.

I have raised 3 generations of Border Collies, they would all eat the hottest curries I cooked, but always spat the mushrooms out. Cucumber got the same treatment too if I gave them the last bit of a ham salad sandwich

You should be careful what you give dogs some fruits ferment it their stomachs like grapes blueberries are also bad for them shouldn't give them any sweets the chemicals in them mess with the dog and can be extremely bad for them I love my dog like its one of my children so I'm very careful about what she eats shes not that fussy though

You are completely wrong when it comes to blueberries. They are in fact a good treat for dogs, completely unlike grapes.

My dog is a fussy bugger, she would starve rather than eat food she didn't like.

My staffy X rottie eats anything and I mean anything. She likes to eat things she knows is bad like shiny Lycra material with Velcro on it. She once ate a load of chillies I had grown in the garden, Seat belts in the car, my £300 ski jacket, my fave horse riding jacket, she started on one of my horses rugs as well. Her fave though is going in the bathroom and stealing a toilet roll.

I rescued mine she hadn't had the best start to life. She used to think her food came from rubbish bags so would go nuts if we emptied the bin. She would also take dirty pots out of the sink.

We have a new dog, his absolute favourite thing to eat is fox poo, but none of the major brands do that flavour
