Avoid colds by having plenty of vitamin C, zinc and garlic in your diet. | |||

"Being on steroid treatment which suppress my immune system it took me a week to fight off a very slight cold. Vics first defence spray is good when you feel a cold coming on. Fishermans friend tablets also help me " Zinc tablets will help to raise your immunity after being on steroids. As to the OP's question, I would go down the gym for a couple of hours and sweat it, usually works for me. Him. | |||

It doesn't perform any osmotic functions and so is unaffected by salt unlike bacteri which me can be "dried out" by it viruses uses your own cells | |||
