Some definitions may help you get started.

•move noisily; "flags flapped in the strong wind"

•any broad thin and limber covering attached at one edge; hangs loose or projects freely; "he wrote on the flap of the envelope"

•beat: move with a thrashing motion; "The bird flapped its wings"; "The eagle beat its wings and soared high into the sky"

•dither: an excited state of agitation; "he was in a dither"; "there was a terrible flap about the theft"

•the motion made by flapping up and down

•dither: make a fuss; be agitated

•a movable piece of tissue partly connected to the body

•pronounce with a flap, of alveolar sounds

•a movable airfoil that is part of an aircraft wing; used to increase lift or drag

I never ever correct spelling as i find it pedantic...but it's for an essay and i wouldn't want you to get it wrong..try 'facilitating' instead (sorry)

In the brave new NHS Facilitating means helping people to do summat, so presumably the title of your essay in English is

'How do you help your staff to learn how to do their jobs, and how do you assess what they have learned'

I just did a Google on FLAP and man, that would bore me shitless. I've often thought about doing a degree just to say I've got one but if it's that boring I don't think I'll bother.

Beer anyone?

Please, Please, Please, Do cut and paste one from the web....

My essay checking software loves the challenge of identifying the exact source and webpage faster than its previous record...
