I don't know if it is changing here but in the USA, where rarely no one was uncircumcised, there's been a big move against that building up.

I like great cock of whatever distinction but don't prefer masses of dangling foreskin or if they don't retract.

That comes from the same flawed study that said that circumcision prevented AIDS and that circumcision was as effective as a 60% effective vaccine (Auvert 2005, 2006).

My friend had his lobbed off at the age of 40.So it can be done(wouldn't really call it a bird puller as I imagine it's not the easiest thing to flaunt in a pub to grab their attention though)
