I'll have a rib-eye steak and some prawns with a Diane sauce, chips with mayo, and stir-fried vegetables, to be washed down by a glass of red or two!

If there is room, then I'll have syrup sponge pudding with lashings of double cream!

Same as yesterday... probably the same as tomorrow! However, Boxing Day dinner is always better than Christmas Day dinner for me. My tatties are way better than yesterday's effort! I even made my own gravy rather than letting M&S make it for me.

And today I have the wine opened!!

Pork korma.

I'm really hoping there is sticky toffee pudding with cream after too. Cause we didn't have that yesterday.

And copious amounts of alcohol. I'm currently making my own version of Frankie and Benny's Lemon Bonbon. Which consists of vodka, gin, cointreau and lemon sour. Rather yummy I must say,

The steak was yum, and the pets enjoyed their share of the uncooked chunk!

No room for dessert, so I am having a liqueur coffee instead!
