I'm having jacket potato, and half of it I scooped out the middle... Mashed it with a tablespoon of Philadelphia light and cut up a piece of bacon medallion and then cooked it again for a bit longer... Serving it with a grilled chicken breast ( no skin) and salad. Have sugar free jelly and fruit with a spoon of cream for my pudding x
