...just turned over to swinging christmas...michael parkinson...not what i was expecting.

the fact they were talking about blowing on a horn did not convince me to stay

I've always thought that Michael Parkinson always promised more than he delivered, and not having watched the programme (in the best traditions of Mary Whitehouse) I have to agree with you. Very disappointing

I watched about 15min of it, and did not really feel much swing coming out of the orchestra, pretty stiff to me actually!
