I am a newcomer to this site and realise I am 66 years of age fairly fit and feel that things will happen but I have to prove myself with one meet I have had an invite which is fantastic they can not accomodate so we will meet and go to my home, I have to sort out my Grandson as he lives with me and I need him to be away for the weekend so I have advised my meet to wait until it is sorted, do you think that this will put them off ?

Welcome to Fab Gerry, don't for one moment think that your age will deter people, if anything it's an attraction.

Please don't make your grandson feel he is being shipped out, use an hotel.

Welcome, having your grandson with you is no different than people who have children at home most people will understand but as someone said have you thought about a hotel
