Waiting but a point mentioned was meant to be for 10am but they booked the wrong one so finally when got seen at nearly 11am been told I now have to wait till 1:45pm and at some point in keep to sleep as I have to be in work for 8:45pm.

The burocratic side of the NHS is appalling in it's ineptitude.

It's a freaking scan he'll if they'd have given me the manual for the machine I'd have done it myself by now

I've been to work finished for the day now .

I've just spent 10 minutes tempting the robin who lives in my garden to take a meal worm out of my hand which he did the rest I left in the pot for him.

I'm now enjoying a fresh coffee poking my nose into the forums on here and thinking about playing some Xbox as the forums are a bit dry on here today .

Well I got bought some lovely flowers, then went to Rutland water and fed the ducks they where actually eating out my hand then went for a walk up there.

Just making the most of this autumn its the best I can remember and now I'm getting grandma head on for there three day visit from tomorrow
