How do you get these?

I feel satisfied that Iv planned/prepared most of this weeks meals to keep me on the healthy track.

Satisfaction for me is reading the reviews of my work and knowing I'm doing my job properly.

Enjoyment these days is being free. I have very few constraints in my life. My girlfriend keeps me young.

i had a list of things to do to do the house - and apart from the big tasks that i can no way afford to do ive pretty much done them all and some extras - just stuff in the bedroom to do then i will be content - but satisfied with acheivements to date

Good sex

Just back from a wander with Pooch on the Great Orme . what a splendid evening two chums out together under the stars , satisfaction rating .. Happy
