Absolutely, I usually have a batch cooking day once a month and freeze most of ma meals. At least that way I know what's actually in them as opposed to processed stuff which is full of e numbers and other crap "That's the best way, never trust super markets for meat due to the packaging hiding most of it. I don't have central heating either, just a convection heater on the wall behind me. It's a small flat I live in though and when I do turn it on it only takes a short while to heat up and keep the room warm as long as I keep the door shut | |||
