sage,onion and sausage meat stuffing lol and have to say it tastes sublime...

off to start on my garlic and rosemary butter and mint jelly next lol

anybody else doing the homecooked theme

and if so pass on the recipe's lol

Making chocolate truffles at the mo, waiting for the ganache to harden before I roll them in cocoa powder.

The ganache is made of a mixture of 50% and 70& chocolate, double cream, creme fraiche, fromage frais and a bit of sugar.

Four different liqueurs/spirits have been used for flavouring: Tia Maria, Grand Marnier, Rum and Brandy.

They will be delicious!

If you don't do it already, put your veggy water aside for your gravy. Makes it much more tasty.
