I had sleep issues in the past(as I post at 4.54am ) And hard workouts really did work for me.But We are all different,so not saying it works for everyone. Hope you find a quick solution. GL | |||

"I've had enough 3 hrs sleep every single night for years I can't take this shit no more lol I've tried tablets herbal and prescription Alcohol Sex Excersise Reading Nothing works I'm a walking zombie everyday SOS for moaning just needed to share xXx" Sometimes a lack of sleep is caused by the brains reaction to stimulus it receives before you go to bed, the tv, music, conversation, the book you were reading, anything that gives the brain "work" to do. We need to train the brain to rest. Try this; Half an hour before bed turn off the tv, music, whatever noise is coming your way. No books, no conversation. Close the curtains and turn off the lights. Simply sit in total quiet, in the dark for 30 minutes, then go to bed. Sure the brain will still be active, but only processing simple stuff. It's not an instant answer, it takes time to retrain the brain, but it's worth it. Sweet dreams..... | |||

He was very responsible with it though. " It has to many side effects i want to avoid to be honest. The only reason i would use it is for extreme pain and i am gettin close to that point nowadays ! The lack of sleep has gone on for over half my life so i can cope with that | |||
