Good evening Fabbers and Friends

Goodness me what a chilly day it was for a walk. Pooch and I are just back from playing hide and seek in the woods. He is an ever so inventful hound. Took me ages to discover his hiding place. Though he did say standing right behind me was the best plan he could come up with.

Gosh on our meander through the woods today we came across a patch of beautiful snowdrops. Heavens this is October isn’t it? What a gorgeous spectacle for us both to behold. It made us stop and think of the simple things in life that just make us smile.

We had a lengthy discussion about the beauty of nature and all the good things in life. He is such a jolly upbeat Pooch for an intellectual. He slipped in to some stanzas from a poem on the vastness wonders in nature. I did a short limerick about a Scotsman called Sandy, I dot that look from a disdainful Pooch.

So after today brilliant day and both of us feeling so happy, jolly and positive about things your quest today is

SAY SOMETHING POSITIVE ABOUT YOURSELF.

Yes big yourself up and be proud to do it, your all extremely wonderful unique individuals . It may be your sense of humour, you can play an instrument, your just a nice person or maybe you have special powers.

ive gotten through some real shite in my life- all the 'big people that matter to me ' have either mistreated/let me down massively or i have lost them - ive now got a few very select 'close' friends and a good group of people i can socialise/work with - kids have done well and grown up into beautiful successful people i am proud to be mum to - and im kinda happy with myself - still need a few tweaks but im getting there - but i have the attitude if you dont like me as i am you can do one and i dont worry about them at all - life could be a whole lot worse
