"I would send a recorded letter to their customer services pointing out your disagreement. Tell them if you do not get the matter resolved fairly you will be cancelling your Direct Debit and going elsewhere. If they wish to persue you for breach of contract, then say no problem you would only be too happy to see them in a small claims court. They have broken your contract and defrauded you by taking monies from your account you haven't agreed too." When I did get through briefly they sad it's a third party not them doing it and the police said that is not the case....oh my head aches trying to sort this and thanks for the advice x | |||
