I foolishly went to morrisons today....

Overnight we had loads of snow so had a feeling tesco wouldnt deliver and i only needed a few things.

I waited an hour for a taxi....Done my manic bit of shopping cuz the world and his wife was there...And waited ONE AND A HALF HOURS in the checkout queue

Only good side to it was i preordered my taxi home and it was waiting for me.

Im done now...

What i have forgotten. i will do without and sod it.

Not going out till after xmas now

Why does the world and his wife decide that they need to buy up the shops all at the same time? I had been dreading doing just an ordinary shop but had to go yesterday in case we got more snow!! I lost the will to live half way round!

Went to Asda this morning about 11.30. Did all my Christmas shopping, got everything I had on my list..plus a few more things of course...and I was in and out in just over 45 minutes....no one around!!!

Ive never seen people buy so much bloody stuff.

I was only after some sprouts on a stick too.....and i got um free cuz the young fella that served me likes me

The last time he served me i was buying condoms...durex massage stuff and a cock ring

We ordered ours for delivery. They couldnt delvier because of the snow however we could collect so they picked and packed it for us and we just strolled in and picked it up

I had a pleasant stroll around Sainsbury's at 4pm today. Everything I wanted was there and everyone acting like they hadn't decided to stab the person next to them. It was quite therapeutic.

We're off to town tomorrow for our own little Christmas pub crawl - I'll be drinking but Siren got wankered last night and is still feeling a little fragile, and take in a few last minute buying opportunities. Then it's back home to relax and chill with a nice bottle of red.

my favourite when stocking up on booze for a party is to make sure ive just got enough cash to pay for it. then put some nappies and baby food in the trolley. pick a checkout with a woman who looks like she has got kids then when you get the bill explain you dont have enough money and ask her to take back the baby items. the look of absolute disgust you get is priceless!!!
