I wouldn't dismiss someone because they used text speak. It's not there language skills I'm after

I can't use text speak it just annoys me that you are only 1 or 2 letters away from using the word anyway so might as well write the full thing

I just hate most text talk, or all the "lol" kinda stuff, it's lazy and childish to me. I don't really come across loads of it in private messages, thankfully.
