high heels in the snow/ice

this morning, I saw a woman walking on the ice in what must have been 6" stiletto heels! there's maintaining appearance, but OMG i'll stick to me boots in this weather!

I'm afraid it's green wellies for me at the moment. Don't care what I look like, I'm not falling over for anyone to laugh at this year. (Done that last year!!!)

Must admit i went to town to pick up my kids who had been out clubbing, loads of silly little girls in high stilettos, mini skirts or shorts, belly tops, teetering around through the snow, and some trying to walk home
