It's not a straightforward answer. Sexuality is complicated and I can't pretend to understand it fully. If it's a completely straight activity, why is the strap-on attached to the female's groin? To mimic the experience of being fucked by a man? Otherwise why not just use a dildo? So if that's what is happening then there's not a massive step from there to wanting to have the real thing.
