You can adapt old favourites and drinking games, such as pass the parcel, and musical chairs - guys remain seated throughout option as well, naked. Even spin the bottle for oral. No need for buying games.

Pick a subject rude or clean

Then work through the alphabet who ever can't answer with a chosen letter loses and has to take a drink then lose some clothes

My local club has Jenga, but with naughty forfeits written on the inner surface of every block.

So that each one you remove has its own instruction!

It's a great ice breaker, apparently.
