Ive used and still do use oven pride spray. I did a small test on a tile and my wooden cupboard doors. It wirjed nade them look shiny and removed any grease residue. Wear gloves though and do a test like i did

I also use white vinegar

WD40 light spray (no fire or turned on cooker) rub off and it stops things sticking to both.

Have you tried a small amount of white vinegar on a soft cloth. Works well on glass so should work well on ceramics to.

Central

Shower cleaners/shine? Repels grime and water whilst shining tiles and glass.

High gloss shine car treatments for inner and outer parts of cars, such as numbers etc. Possibly car window treatments.

Are you running a chip pan 24/7, to get things so dirty? Treating the cause and symptoms could be a useful approach.
