The land of grey peas and bacon

Would you say you are creative? I'm currently looking at Halloween party food ideas and the amount of creative effort that has gone into some is amazing...if I put my mind to it I can be creative with make up and adding stuff to clothes etc I just get distracted easily...

Nope. No creative juices flow here. I really envy anyone that can envisage something and then create it in any format.

I have to be creative in my line of work, you should have seen the scaffold and boarding I set up for roof access yesterday - it looked like something out of the crystal maze!

Problem solving is all about creativity and a vision for seeing things from all possible perspectives

If i could get marks for effort I'd have loads....I try all sorts of things like costume making, cake decorating, etc etc but the finished result usually looks like someone vomited everywhere It's not fair! *stamps foot and runs off to have a sulk...

North Cambs

I think I'm quite creative in a rather meticulous/scientific kind of way...I don't have that chaotic/spontaneous creativity that many true artists seem to possess..

Chams or Socials

I tried over the years to be creative but even the kids despair!!! Last year I tried to make my own jelly worms/snakes by pouring jelly into drinking straws. It sounded so easy....

reasonably so - used to love making outfits for the kids and had some good ideas that friends used for parties and such - i like to think i can make soemthing out of virtually nothing and upcycle (is that what they call it) - my latest was an old mirror costing £6 from charity shop - sanding off the gilt and painting to give shabby chic effect

Yeah, looking back on it. But I don't think she meant to be mean at the time.

I'm not at all creative. I can make things or do creative makeup or draw/paint or take a photo by copying and mimicking what someone has already done - but my brain is not good at coming up with its own ideas to start with. Got an A* in GCSE Art by doing exactly that

Only creative in the written word. Sadly any artistic talent ran screaming in the opposite direction to me lol. But my daughter is completely different and blows me away with her drawings .I'm a very proud mum

I disagree. You cannot learn to be creative. It's something you either are or aren't. I can learn the skills to decorate a cake and then attempt to replicate something someone else has done but i lack the creativity to come up with a design of my own.
