Just got a new one.. Each time I go into App Store I'm just getting a blank white page.

At the bottom are the bits - featured, top charts, explore, search and update. When I go on search nothing happens

Meaning I can't download any apps??

Am I doing something wrong? Yes I'm connected to wifi lol

Have you tried the old 'turn it off then turn it on again' trick?

Otherwise if it's 'new' new can you do a factory reset and start again?

It never shows up for me either, always have to go to the magnify glass thing at the bottom right x

It's new straight out the box in the o2 shop approx 1 hour ago lol.. Usually when searching things a box comes up to type in and they keyboard but not even getting that?

Or could have held the power on/off and home button for 30 seconds that would have "reset" the phone but not wiped it so I was told at the apple shop
