Well I was supposed to be working tonight but then my boss changed my days off at the last minute so I'm off today but I have had to cancel all my plans off and I'm shattered so it's nearly 6pm and I haven't even got out of bed yet

Flat tyre on the car as we're leaving on the school run

Everyone out, bimble off to school, rescue tyre, off to get a replacement, fortunately only 1/2 a mile away, replace tyre, walk the, who by this time is cross eyed and cross legged. Back home, coffee on and get down to some work and browsing fab

Awful. I have a sick, teething toddler with separation anxiety who wouldn't nap so got overtired on top of everything else.

I love her all the world, but today was the worst day I've had with her in her 17 months (and there were plenty of bad days when she was younger and had reflux).

I've had a lovely day. I did the breakfast shift and the rotas for the next month. Filling it out and putting my holidays in made my day. Not long before I get my well earned break
