Brighton - even Hove!

Speak to your solicitor might be a good idea as well as asking on here.

Hampshire

You can't draw down from a pension until you're 55

Chams or Socials

You really do need a Solicitor for this one I'm afraid.

My divorce was very amicable & we've not made a claim on each other's pensions (mine better than his) but I've had a friend who had to jump through hoops to access her ex's pension but she can't touch it until the ex retires.

No 2 cases are ever the same. Good luck x

Nothing. You're too young.

Would have thought it would be a very bad idea (if even possible) from a future income point of view to withdraw from a pension pot at that age regardless of the divorce situation.
