Walk three miles . After the shifts I did this week at work I really didn't need the exercise.

Beautiful weather and scenery though

I'm going to stay with friends for a proper girly weekend in Stratford upon Avon. Quite excited, I love a road trip.

im just changing my plea - made a pan of soup - well was letting the leeks and potato steam in a little juice to max the flavour - before i added stock - went for a shower and forgot about it - it stinks and is wasted
