Mike Mentzer or arnold in their Mr universe years are about the upper limit of size I find appreciable before it just becomes freakshowish

That's right, Arnold and them was at a good size in the golden age of bodybuilding, they have gone abit too big now aint they? Arnold have said recently that the aesthetic look might return to the stage.

Yeah it's all become about being a spectacle more like a freaks how. But if you don't follow the trend you don't get the sponsors.

I wonder how much of the change is down to GH as it kinda broke the hardlimits that used to exist for size.

Hopefully I reckon it needs a bit longer to burn itself out then we might get back to building the "best" body not simply the "biggest" body
