They're soooo delightful - much more interesting than hamsters or gerbils and you can teach them to do tricks and they sit on yr shoulders lol I kept rats for 11 years. | |||

They are very intelligent , but also mischevious. My lot broke out of there cage one night, I eventually found them all nuzzled down the side of the sofa | |||
