cahir/cashel

get rid of turbo engines and go back to old manifolds that make engines sound like engines and not like vibrators buzzing around. increase engines and tyre size to make cornering and overtaking easier and maybe reintroduce refuelling rigs for the old splash and dash..............efffiiing boring shit as it is now

Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else

It needs genuine competition.

Which means some sort of engine equalisation, and ideally more engine supplier too.

This is why I've not followed F1 for about 5 years no. It's just got too boring. Years ago I read a book, all about the money side of F1. Quite an interesting read. As you can imagine, Bernie gets mention quite a few times.

IMHO the trouble with F1 is money and how it's distributed within the teams. Also the lack of testing, winter and in-season.

The likes of Honda should be allowed to develop their engine to become competitive. I'm a big fan of Jenson Button so don't really watch much of the racing with the McLaren-Honda poor reliability

Some one to do with the Silverstone track has said the sport is dying, as no one wants to see a procession any more.

I understand that the fastest car is made by the team with the most money, but there has to come a time when some one says enough is enough.

Get rid of all the electronic gadgets, let the drivers drive a car properly. If the car is undriveable then get the team to sort it out.

Maybe go back to a le mans style starts, with drivers having to run half a mile to get to the car before racing.

Have eliminations after 10 laps, the last car get taken off the track

Do what the German touring car did. Hold two races just make them shorter distances, but add extra weight to the winners car.

How about if only for a couple of races a season, the final qualifying positions were reversed (of course they wouldn't know which ones), i.e. pole guy started at the back of the grid etc. Or maybe just draw straws for which car you were going to drive in a particular race

Seriously though, did anyone not think it was boring when Mr Schumacher was forcing us to listen to Das Lied der Deutschen and Il Canto degli Italiani week in week out
