i bought one of these devises which is faulty, i took it back to a ee store and was told only to the store you bought it,even thou same company ee shops all over uk. wrote to ee and the store about court action, as after 5 weeks no refund i was even in the shop 2 weeks they assured me the device was working. i have now had a reply from ee stating the manager has exchanged the unit even thou it was out of warranty, i replied i still have original unit and no doubt the shop manager has a returns form signed by me, which i know cant be produced. i have looked on warranty, it states repair or replace 1 month, ive had a ee phone for 14 yrs on contract so its the kick in arse for me to move to another company and ive found one 8 pound a month cheaper. i even asked the store if they cant refund , put the 49.99 and credit my phone was told no. they cant be a good product if only 1 month warranty

i have spoke to my solictor he advised to write to head office first, it is like the parrot sketch shouting and getting nowhere, im surprised the shop manager can tell a blatant lie to head office

i will carry it thru ive been working away, home tues so i will get the ball rolling, i bought a dvd player from a charity shop for 4 quid they gave me a months warranty. a major company holding back on poss trade cost 15 quid, and i spend 33 a month contract phone , so they will lose a long term customer

EE's poor customer services are well documented all over the internet, they regularly come bottom of the league tables.
