Can't get enough of them, we eat a lot of them. They're like a hit of pure pleasure, lemon and a tiny drizzle of tobasco is bliss, then there's the after taste of the sea, beautiful! Are we the only ones around here to love them???

I like oysters but after a bad one my digestive system no longer agrees

I can eat well cooked ones in moderation but what's the point in that?!

I'm guessing not, but I'm not a fan of shellfish

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

I adore fresh oysters dressed with nothing but lemon juice, but I am also happy to have a smoked oyster or 6.

Cooked is good. A lightly cheesy white sauce with white wine, parsley topped with a little grilled strong cheese is beautiful.

I've yet to find a sea food I don't enjoy when fresh and well prepared
