Sorry but research in the states has show that cats can catch some strains of flu. The research, based on blood samples, only showed that the cats had hosted the H1N1 strain of the virus not what effects it had had on them.

acording to our vet when i asked, the answer is no as they do not respond to human viruses

same as you can't catch distemper or other illnesses from your pets
