Not a cure but take flu tablets and just plod on. Giving in to it will prolong it!!

On the other hand I could pop round with my nurse outfit on and tend to your every need??

There isn't a cure unfortunately, Mr N has a horrible cold at the moment. Fluids and plenty of them, paracetamol four hourly and sleep if you can.
