I qm a happy sausage at work, I jolly like what I do the boss is ok too , but get rid of the second in command she is jolly awful

Depends on the raise. If you're just talking 1k a year, I'll take the nicer boss.

I have two bosses. One is great, the other not so much.

I'm my own boss so it would have to be a pay rise.....but then again I set my own hourly rate in my quotes....looks like I'm buggered then!

I'd rather take a boss who knows what he's doing.

I'm 10 years younger than him with less experiance and I seem to know his role better than he does.

A pay rise wouldn't be out of the question either
