I see a lot of profiles who won't meet smokers.

I 100% understand not fancying kissing an ashtray, I'm a smoker but would happily use my ecig for the day of a meet so would neither smell or taste like an ashtray - would that make a difference to those who prefer not to meet smokers?

I only smoke outside and only wear clothes for one day and so don't smell of stale smoke.

Its something I am very conscious of having two young children.

smokers breath smells and tastes even after 24 hours. It could be that as an ex smoker of nearly thirty years I'm more sensitive to this but truly, all the toothpaste and mints in the world dont rid you of the smell or taste in the short term.

Ditto. Maybe after stopping smoking I've become hypersensitive but I am afraid that smokers can smell of smoke. I can smell smokers yards away, even when they're not smoking.

I don't have a problem with it mind you, as long as you're honest. Someone who says they don't smoke to get a meet should know that non- and ex-smokers are not fooled at all.

Some smokers I can't taste it on their mouths. Some I can. I prefer not to as it ruins the kiss. Some vapers or ecigs choke me,some smell ok. To be safe I put that I don't meet smokers. It doesn't stop some from contacting me.

That's kind of my point. If I was to meet a non smoker I would use my ecig all that day out of respect and am asking if that would influence anyone for who the sole factor putting them off a meet was that I am a smoker

I'm not criticising smokers I was a true addict myself at one time but it is an inescapable fact that smoking makes a person smell different to a non smoker just as garlic and onions make a person smell different. Up to the individual to decide if they meet smokers or not really though

Seriously, it's hard to give up smoking. And at a tenner a pack, I think people want to stop. It's not really fair to deprive them from sex.

It differs from person to person and what they smoke I think. One of my regular partners smokes while I'm sucking him. I can't taste it when we kiss,although the cherry lube I use may have something to do with that. He now uses a vape thingy and I love the smell. Still can't taste it. Another man I met who said he didn't smoke had a cigarette just before we met and I could smell it,it smelt horrible and I didn't enjoy kissing him.

We find a lot say wont meet smokers but then we meet and play at parties. If they taste bad at the mouth. Keep mouths apart and always have a drink handy. But i do know some people cant even stand the smell off it. As a smoker somtines ive met women and thought. Yuck. But i aint gonna let a smokers breath put me off doing other things with them

I grew up in a smoky house with asthma which put me in hospital three times. As such I don't like the selfishness of smoking in general.

I'd rather not meet smokers because of this and the fact that I don't like the smell which lingers a very long time.

All of this is generalised, and I'm sure there'd be exceptions

Depending on how many they smoke a week (statistics say the average smokers smoke 40 a week) I've been told some of the working girls round my end will give a bj for a tenner so they can cut down to a pack a week and still get their fun too, problem solved

I'm an ex smoker and if I do meet smokers I will use an e-cig myself.

I can understand about people not wanting to meet smokers.

My house is a smoke free house now and it's taken months and alot of air freshener for the smell of smoke to go away.
