Some all female action parties exist where there are gloryholes but not one very local to the op that i know. Standard gloryholes are obviously used by many genders, providing many possibilities for different types of play.

Is the op looking for information for a female friend?

Otherwise, some guys sneak a female into gloryholes that are often mostly for men, or she'll sneak in of her own accord. Depending on the location it can be easy to pop a coat and hat on and sail in almost unnoticed.

If more charming guys actually helped by helping to construct more gloryholes it would help to re-establish this time honoured way for all genders to have some public fun. But it's generally too many guys that want them around but too few willing to invest effort in construction that means that there aren't enough to go meet demand.

If you're playing with couples then the guy might be curious or bi, so swingers clubs with them may have any gender using them. Some set-ups may give you ability to tell but you'd have to visit them and decide for yourself. The females only sex venues wouldn't allow guys in of course.

Publicly constructed ones would depend on how the constructors create them. More handyman type fellas should give their contributions, so that couples etc could join in, allowing them to deliver service there.
